+ sehr zentrale Lage + gute Betten und Raumaufteilung + zweites Bad im Familienzimmer + Bad und Möbel nicht ganz neu aber hervorragender Zustand + Besteck, Teller und Gläser im Zimmer

- die Straße vorm Haus ist sehr laut, mit offenem Fester schlafen ist kaum möglich, aber es gibt eine Belüftung
