Very good location. Close to the bus station and downtown

Location perfect. 5 - 10 minutes walk both to bus/train station and to city center. Owner and staff super nice and accomodating. Room very clean and everything was perfect. Breakfast area are in garden setting and facing forest. Very relaxing and best place to run away from city noise. Highly recomended! Thank you so much for preparing us take away breakfast as we check out at 4am in the morning to catch flight. We enjoy it at the airport :)

The street it is on is narrow and darkened, so it is not very welcoming. We would have preferred a large bed rather than 2 single beds pushed together, but that seems to be a European way of sleeping. It left my muscles quite stiff and sore. Like a great many hotels the shower design leaves a lot to be desired. Water ends up on the bathroom floor causing slips. The breakfast is fine. The eating area with the greenery is nice. Check out time at 11am seems a little early. Cost seems reasonable for the area. WiFi is spotty as it shuts down often. Personnel are friendly enough.

I cannot believe how incredible of service Garden 40 provided my girlfriend and I. We added an extension to our stay for two nights the week before for a different upgraded room which they accommodated entirely. We were able to check in early because of our flight schedule, and they were sure to have a cab outside for our transportation to the airport after request. The quaint atmosphere truly feels like a real get away within Belgrade. The breakfast is a fantastic way to start your day with a variety of breads, cheese, meats, and vegetables with coffee and toppings. The staff is incredibly friendly and give great advice about the city! A family member of mine gifted a bottle of one of their wines, and it was delivered to us right as we returned from a long day. I truly cannot express how great of a stay I had here with my girlfriend. We will be booking in the future without at doubt. It's location is truly right in the heart of Old Town, with flea markets and corner shops abound. Never underestimate the adventure of real places like these. Thanks!

Such an amazing place to stay at! The B&B is in the heart of the city. The location is close by and convenient to everything. The hidden gem of this place is the beautiful and peaceful garden and outdoor space in the back. All of the staff from the receptionists, the owners, to the cleaners were so attentive and made sure to do everything possible to make us feel welcome. They do everything to make sure you have the best time. We had a great time here and would 100% recommend to anybody!

Great location, and super friendly staff--who also had fun recommendations on things to do and eat. Our check in was super late (1am) and staff was helpful and made the arrival very easy. Garden in back in lovely, and the coffee machine in the kitchen was super useful.
