The hotel is very new, with a modern feel and good facilities. There is a guest kitchen and also a rooftop terrace. It is located next to the train station and also the bus stop for buses to Sun Moon Lake. The neighbourhood is lively, with convenience stores just downstairs. The reception staff are a bit reserved, but they do speak English. The hotel is very clean, as guests are required to wear slippers when entering the room areas. There is a water dispenser on each floor.

The rooms are not very large and do not have windows, so there is no natural light. There is no proper bed frame; instead, it is a kind of futon, so keep this in mind if you find it difficult to get up from the floor in the morning. They do not offer breakfast, but you can buy food and store it in the fridge.
