環境乾淨整潔，地點很方便，台中火車站出來很近就到了

隔音效果不太好，隔壁出入時的關門聲都很大聲，還有進入女廁的密碼鎖聲音太大聲，我住605都能聽到按鍵聲及開門的聲音
