Location was ok. Armed guard was around at night which made us worried about safety.

I did not get any of the apartments posted on pictures in Booking. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Apartment was barebones and had two roles of toilet paper nothing else, not a dish rag, not salt, nothing.... When I asked to be moved to the apartment that I actually booked they tried to tell me that I got what I booked. When I sent them pictures of my booking they ignored me and said that nothing is available. This place is a scam . They clearly do not care about their clients . I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Great location, excellent communication and self check in was easy. The apartment was clean and tidy

The shower head in apartment 7 cannot be easily adjusted and the vertical pole is loose and needs to be fixed. It would be great if the shower gel is provided in larger, refillable bottles rather than individual packets as it is more sustainable and should be provided for the entire duration of the stay. We had to buy more body wash after a few days which isn't ideal given the price paid. Lastly, the apartment would benefit from having warmer lighting instead of the white, bright that it currently has. Additional pillows could also be provided as the ones there were a bit flat/thin.

L'appartement est idéalement situé au centre historique de Bologne. Proche du marché aux herbes, de bars et des commerces du centre Ville. A 5 mn de la Place Maggiore. Facilité à récurpérer les clés à toute heure en autonomie.

Nous étions dans un appartement au 1er étage, situé sous le supermarché. Nous entendions le bruit des chariots de livraison le matin très tôt. Nous entendions également les voisins du dessus et d'à côté. De plus nous étions au niveau des arcades, l'appartement était donc toujours très sombre. Ceci étant, nous recommandaons cette location mais demandez un appartement au 2ème ou au 3ème étage !

The location was great and the apartment was lovely too.

The bed and pillows were as hard as concrete. I ended up with a very sore back after 3 nights in the bed and a flat pillow that was very hard. The bed shook and made a lot of noise every time we moved, so we woke up a lot.

The location was excellent. Quick walk to everything - major sights, restaurants, train station, even a supermarket in the same building.

The location is walking distance from most of the attractions; many restaurants and cafes right down the street. The host always reached me to make sure my stay was good . Check in and out instruction was very clear.

The internet was in and out during my staying. But not a big deal to me since I have my own data.
