bardzo łatwy check-in i checkout, spokojne i czyste osiedle, wygodny parking, sprzęty w łazience i kuchni działały bez zarzutu. Widok na góry rzeczywiście jest, chociaż częściowo przesłonięty budynkami.

Wybraliśmy to miejsce w pośpiechu, bez czytania recenzji, bo nie było już nic innego z dużą liczbą pokoi i w cenie w naszym zasięgu — i mamy nauczkę. Ogólne wrażenia są zgodne z innymi ocenami: raczej negatywne. W mieszkaniu nie ma internetu — dla nas to było duże zaskoczenie. Opis mieszkania powinien to wyraźnie zaznaczać, a nie ukrywać w „małym druczku”. Wyposażenie kuchni okey ale: brak ręczników kuchennych, tylko dwie kostki do zmywarki, jeden worek na śmieci. Nieprawdą jest to, co piszą w odpowiedziach na recenzje, że to „usługa hotelowa” — niektóre z podobnych miejsc oferuje pełne wyposażenie i zapas materiałów, w tym worki do segregacji, która na osiedlu jest dostępna. Albo przynajmniej mogłoby to być w opisie. Woda ogrzewana bojlerem nie zawsze wystarczała dla pięciu osób. Na odpowiedzi trzeba było długo czekać, były mało zaangażowane i zbywające do „biura lokalnego” — zdawkowe podobnie jak odpowiedzi na recenzje tutaj. Czystość w porządku, ale sporo niedociągnięć: plamy na meblach i narzutach (wyglądające jak zaschnięta krew), spalona i nieumyta patelnia w szafce. Mieszkanie w miarę ładne, ale nic specjalnego. Jeśli nie ma nic lepszego, to może być, ale my byśmy nie wybrali tego miejsca ponownie.

Spacious but not comfortable.

No air conditioning. So inside was always hot. We needed to open windows all the time to have air. No curtains. The apartment was on top of the pizzeria and grocery store which was not described in the booking or by the apartment owner. We always felt the heat and smells from the pizzeria. Plus, it was near a very trafficky street, and even at night, the noise and roar never ended so we barely slept the whole stay. There were not enough dishes if there were 6 people, we were 4 so we needed to share plates if we were eating at the apartment. The sofa bed we used for sleeping was dirty and we cleaned and pumped it to make it usable. We had no separate parking for apartments so we had to use pizzeria and grocery store parking spaces which were busy and hard to find. There was a problem with the shower as it had a draining problem, water was not leaving fast enough in the shower, and gaming on the drawing. After getting to the apartment I tried to reach the owner or contact person to ask for some help but it was impossible as they did not answer as I had contacted them. In the booking was not clearly stated that we needed to make a deposit for this apartment on their own website before the stay, as they reached out I paid for it because they must have done it before arrival. After my stay there, I waited for 1 month for my reserved deposit money to come back to my bank account, I contacted them throughout that month to make sure I would get my money back. I am sure it could happen to everyone, but this was the only addition to all this horrific stay at this place. Hopefully, it will help others!
