일단 무료취소 전 결제가 진행된 점. 미리 안내도 없이 추가 결제(Booking.com에서 제시한 금액보다 추가해서 돈이 지불됨)된 점, 주차안내 미흡, 리셉션 운영이 17:30분까지여서 입구 키는 받았는데 객실을 바로 찾지 못 해 헤맴, 인터넷 빠르지 않음, 샤워시 뜨거운 물,차가운 물이 번갈아 나와 넘 힘들었음, 아침에 찬물(12월)로 두 번 씻었음(뜨거운 물이 나오지 않아서...)보일러를 못 다뤄서도 있겠지만 리셉션에 문의했으나 해결해주려는 의지도 답변이 없었음. 침대 시트 더러워져서 한 장 달라고 (4박 머무름)했는데 여긴 호텔 아니라고 하며 여분이 없어 줄 수 없다 함. 수건도 추가로 가져가려면 20zł내라고 했음. 도마는 낡고 너무 더러웠고 칼은 잘 안 썰렸음. 다시는 가지 않을 것 같음.

The apartment was very nice and the views were incredible. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom smelled a bit strange and the toilet was a little dirty. We wanted to stay one more night, but the staff didn’t respond until after we had already left — they take a long time to reply. It was also a bit confusing upon arrival; the main gate is where you pick up the keys.
