Great central location .

Hotel looking a little tired . Could do with freshening up .

Super god morgenmad og sødt personale. Lækkert hotel, pænt og rent, og med en god altan lige ud til Rådhuspladsen, og god gå afstand til det hele. Generelt smilende og venligt personale.

Ikke dansk talende medarbejder i receptionen ved ankomst. Når man er flere på værelset er det ganske ubehageligt at man ikke kan lukke døren helt til toilettet. Vi bookede til tre personer, men der var kun to kopper på værelset og kun kaffe til to. Meget ustabilt Wi-Fi. At man ikke har mere tjek på hvem der kan tage hvilken bagage i jeres opbevaringsrum. Enten med nummerering eller at det kun er personale som må håndtere folks oppakning.

Läget

Kallt badrum och kallt duschvatten. Ej fungerande klimatanläggning. Baren som sägs finnas fanns ej trots två restauranger, men där var vi ej välkomna att släcka vår kaffetörst.

The room was very clean, but far too hot. I couldn't adjust so had to keep the window open which meant the bell ringing every half hour was quite disruptive until midnight. The shower was very difficult to manage, I could not get a tolerable temperature but had to either get ICE cold or boiling water, no in between. I ended up having to use the tap. Other than that it was great that the room was equipped with an iron board, and the bed was comfortable.
