Prístup personálu. Nepohodlne postele. Izbu neupratovali len menili uteráky. Bar večer zatvorený lebo barman bol pri večeri a nemal kto obsluhovať . S hotelom Patria sa to nedá porovnať a pritom oba majú 4 hviezdy.
