Cracking hotel very comfortable would stay again

The Halston is a top of class self-catering hotel centrally located in Carlisle. If you want to see the city and bask in luxury, the Halston is the place for you. The reception staff is warm and helpful, and the bedding/towels are the fluffiest. And if you want to save some money, the excellent cooking facilities should enable you to pick up a few things from the local M+S or Tesco and cook a good meal. Highly recommended for anyone who has just walked along Hadrian’s Wall.

Very nice accommodations that are apartment like and roomy. This is a great place for a long stay.

This is a great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It’s always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms have kitchens which I make it an ideal place for families too.

The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming they were superb. We were sorry the restaurant and bar were shut and there was no hot option for breakfast. (We stayed Sunday to Monday)

The welcome was warm and friendly and the room was excellent, clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for bars restaurants and attractions.

Me and my partner have 7 kids and where looking forward to a night of full sleep just to be woken up at 2 in the morning but the bloody fire alarm which went on for a hour and no one informed us to leave the building or stay

Great 2 night stay at halston town house apartment . Very clean tidy and very central As we were on top floor apartment Aiden - ceiling heights in places were very low .. parking cost was £20 for 48 hrs in adjacent car park
