"Good hotel poor restaurant."

Hotel is well appointed. Room was large and well equipped. Staff efficient and friendly.

It’s the restaurant. It’s one star Michelin so we expected it to be very good. The menu was very short and disappointing. The food was well cooked but not very exciting. The wine options were far too expensive. Dinner for two, with drinks, cost over £300 which was poor value.
