El hotel está muy bien, estaba limpio, las habitaciones cómodas. Tiene un dennys al frente para desayunar, cerca también hay una plaza con tiendas. Excelente Calidad/precio. Volvería sin problema

Staff were very pleasant & helpful.From front office to cafe to cleaning. They have been oriented well.

Beds were too old because you could feel & hear the springs when you sat or laid in bed. Showers should have been updated because were dark and appeared dirty. The toilets were the lowest we have had in years. May have been good for children but not anyone over 5 ft.

The staff tried their “best” whith what they had. Property was really understaffed for new years rush. They tried. Room was ok.

At the day we checked out, both elevators were out of service. Hotel was super full.

Pool area Vending machine Washing machine

It was overbooked and we had to wait an extra hour passed the check-in time. We had asked for an earlier check-in since we booked super early and was told we would only wait a few minutes. They did offer to put our luggage away in a room safely and to use their pool and facilities while we wait. The staff did the best they could considering the circumstances (lots of flights were being delayed at the airport).
