"Nie tak różowo jak w ofercie"

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko wejścia do Doliny Kościeliskiej.

Apartament słabo posprzatany. Podłoga ledwie zmieciona, nieumyta. Miska WC wyszczotkowana bez użycia domestosu, najzwyczajniej z niej śmierdziało. Na tygodniowy pobyt 5 osób rapptem 1,5 rolki papieru toaletowego. Łóżko w sypialni na przeciw kuchni - materac z mocno odczuwalnymi sprężynami Parking, a w zasadzie jego brak. Na ponad 20 lokali parking ma ok. 10 miejsc, z czego większość jest przypisana do konkretnych lokali (akurat nie do naszego), więc trzeba było kombinować gdzie zaparkować poza obrębem budynku.

"Our stay was excellent, but the accommodation caused us some headache"

We know the property and its location, fits very well for kids and for activities. We are regulars for years, so its not a surprise we love this place.

Even though we are big fan of Click and Stay door system, this means you never meet anybody from the host company. We didn't get apartment we booked with bigger space, fireplace...and nobody mentioned we are not gonna get this. We realised when we tried to check in with Click and Stay. We were waiting for a proper customer service, but we only had contact phone numbers, and nobody could do anything to solve our problem. We made more phone calls to let them know we didn't get the apartment we booked, but after a few conversations, nothing happened and our contact even didn't pick up the phone. Now, 3 days after the check out, still nobody answered and even not confirmed that we received a smaller cheaper apartment without fireplace. However the Click and Stay have advantages, this time this made our stay more frustrating, coz nobody came to help us. And still nothing happened, the amount we paid in advance is more, compared to the apartment we got. What about the difference of the amount?? I just hope Sun and Snow will let us know in the forthcoming days.

Okolica ok, chociaż jak ktoś chce poimprezować to trzeba dojeżdżać bo nie ma gdzie,pokój na zdjęciach wygląda 3 razy większy niż jest w rzeczywistości,za sprzątanie dodatkowe 160zł gdzie na szafie cm warstwa kurzu(postawiłem na szafie walizkę bo w pokoju dla 2 osób nie ma w ogóle miejsca)
