Room was ice cold and heater unable to heat up room. Felt like cold air blowing. My partner went down to request blanket and came back with a curtain. Breakfast had no hot items besides a toaster

"Great service + an education"

I was caught unaware that a booking company received my call. I later realized this particular Days Inn had a no pet policy. In attempting to cancel the charge against my credit card I was not receiving the service I deserved. Mike (front desk) stepped up and made sure my money would be restored (in 7-10 days😒). I so appreciated his assisting me with the cancellation since I don’t think I would have gotten it otherwise. I learned an important lesson. When one requests a motel/hotel in a particular location, the number called is likely to a booking service. Be very careful. I think I’ve learned it’s best to go inside and deal with the front desk.
