Location was perfect, comfortable bed, good fitness rm

This property is a masterpiece. The most professional, pleasant and accommodating staff ever. Impeccably clean suites. Perfect mattresses and actual blackout blinds. A big fully-equipped gym. Beautifully appointed lobby. Ideal location. Out of curiosity I read some of the harsh 1-star reviews. They seem to pick on little things, like the bathroom vanity isn't wide enough for some people, or someone didn't get an upgrade they dreamed of. It's very problematic to attack a business with one star over petty things. 10/10

We are surprised to see that there's a handheld shower head in the bathroom which is very nice and convenient. We didn't rent a car in Vancouver, so the location of the hotel is excellent as it is only about 5 minutes walking distance to the Waterfront Skyline station. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall, we're happy that we chose this hotel to stay!

We spent a night here before a cruise out of the Canada Place terminal. The hotel was very nice and we appreciated the separate living area from the bedroom. The front desk staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating, and even helped with a special request that was "above and beyond" the call of duty. It was a very short walk to Canada Place to catch the cruise, and it was also a very short walk from the Vancouver Sky Train station. We were able to forego a rental car and rideshare by utilizing the Sky Train and then walking to the cruise terminal the next day. We stayed at a time when there were some tensions between Canada and the United States, but although we were American travelers, everyone was very gracious to us and we didn't experience anything negative. We loved this hotel, and when we come back to Vancouver, it'll likely be our go-to property!
