La atención del personal. La ubicación.

El departamento estaba sucio, el menaje sucio. Una de las habitaciones tenía iluminación natural en el techo y la luz que entra no permite dormir a gusto.

L'emplacement et la propreté.

The stay in this apartment was a real disaster for the following reasons: 1. It was stated that the apartment had a private parking space, but it was not mentioned that it was paid. I was asked to pay an extra €54 to use it. 2. The host kept sending me messages saying that the neighbors were complaining about the noise from my children. We were on vacation, yet we had to tiptoe around just not to disturb anyone. 3. The apartment makes a lot of noise when walking due to poorly installed tiles. In summary, the stay was very uncomfortable. In a residential building, this apartment is not suitable for those who want to enjoy a vacation in Seville.

Équipement cuisine en très mauvais état ( four, lave vaisselle…). Pas assez de vaisselle.

Grandes difficultés pour stationner à proximité er le parking de la résidence est payant (18€ / nuit).Nous avons attendu 1/2 heure dans la rue pour la remise des clés, payante en raison de l'heure tardive ( un peu avant minuit).
