Sauna, swimming pool and they were generally clean. The location is good and close to the train station with many shopping options.

The property vendor, Sun and Snow. The fact that, I was not informed during the booking that the keys to the property are 2.2 Km from the apartment. I had to walk this long to get the keys and return them after our stay. As someone without a car, this was a big constraint. Another issue is that they made me to pay 74€ as a transaction fee which was not indicated during booking. And I feel this should have been part of the total sum indicated while selecting the option. This was completely new as I stayed in the same hotel last October but with the original owner, Olymp as the vendor. There was no such extra fees other than the city tax which I had to pay on arrival. Thirdly, the vendor Sun and Snow had physical check in detail and I had clicked on a text message link to check in and pay the ripped off transaction fee and the city tax. This is really against the advice of Booking that advises us not to respond to links and text messages. I had to follow their link to access the check-in platform otherwise, I would've had to look for a different apartment while already in Kolobrzeg. I would like Sun and Snow to refund the 74€ transaction fee as this was not indicated when the booking was made and it is unfair to charge extra fees outside the amount approved by Booking.

Bliskość morza, czysty basen i dobre jacuzzi, ładny i funkcjonalny apartament. Jest wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo gorąca woda i ogromny taras. Bardzo smaczne obiady w restauracji.

Tyle jeździmy po apartamentach...Odbiór kluczyków na Wschodniej, to porażka, jazda tak daleko z walizkami z PKP? a najgorzej wyjazd...Kluczomat absolutnie powinien być pod budynkiem Olymp lub Olymp2.
