Front desk staff was outstanding. Very helpful and friendly. Spoke very good English. Notably Mr. Kohei who went out of his way to answer any questions and help. Shuttle bus to CFAY was very appreciated as were the friendly drivers.

事前に予約していた宿泊がHotelsのアプリ上で表示されなかったため、宿泊当日の夜に急遽このクィーンルームを予約し宿泊しました。 (前の予約も宿泊料金だけはしっかりと引き落とされていました) 部屋は広く快適でしたがそれ以外のサービスがビジネスホテルと同程度です。 これで1泊2万は割に合わない気がしました。(直前予約のせいかもしれません)
