Hotel Yokosuka

スタッフの対応が良く、室内もトイレバスも綺麗でした。洗濯洗剤も乾燥機も自由に使えて助かりました。またリピートしたいと思います。

Obviously an older building, and out of the way from main areas for shopping/dining, but staff was helpful and polite, and the room was meticulously clean. I also appreciated the pump style toiletries instead of a tiny bottle.

フロントの対応も良く、駐車場の説明も分かりやすくて、助かりました。

It was so nice. Thank you for your consideration so that only we can use it on the second floor. The water pressure and wifi were also cool.

フロントやお掃除の方などスタッフ皆さん温かそうでアットホームな雰囲気が良いですね。この度はお世話になりました。

お部屋がカビ臭かった。

Black and green Mold on the ceiling walls,airconditioners as well as the shower curtains is unacceptable and unsafe.The lobby and inside the room .

Staff was very nice. Hotel was well located and accommodating.

Pest control could have been better. It wasn't a LOT, but one of my family members had to deal with a large palmetto roach, and later on that same night, a jumping spider. I understand pests can be tough, it was unfortunate as she is deathly afraid and spent the entire night awake with all the lights on terrified to get out of bed.

Very comfortable, rooms were amazing!
