Schöne Unterkunft. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter . Schade war, das dass Café im Gebäude selten geöffnet war , bzw. sehr kurze Öffnungszeiten hatte.

Zimmer war mehr schein als sein.... die Möbel fallen beim anfassen auseinander. Herdplatte war kaputt sollte montag gemacht werden. Mittwoch nachmittag hat sich jemand gemeldet. das Bett war von anfang an kaputt.

Alles sehr sauber, modern und konfortabel. Nur die Steuerung der Klimaanlage ohne Klimaanlage - laut Rezeption sollte damit eine ungekühlte Lüftung laufen - irritiert. Bei heißen Temperaturen hilft nur Vorhänge schließen.

Our number 1 criterion: kids must have a pool. Arrive at destination, told it was closed due to COVID. Why were we not informed at time of booking? This was false advertising. We spent a lot of money on this. Kids were very upset. I know this must be an oversight but can you imagine how disappointed we were? I believe we should get some money back for this as part of service recovery to the customer. Please contact me if you agree. And update your website. Make it crystal clear to parents like us that you're taking their good money and not offering everything listed!
