地點方便，走路可以抵達大部分的景點，裝潢很有個性，感覺得出來房東很用心設計及維護。

熱水很小，整個房間很陰暗(尤其是浴室)，用餐的地方沒有洗手台，而且還要走出我們自己的房門，感覺有點怪，咖啡膠囊也很吝嗇地只提供4顆，停車還算方便，附近很多付費的停車格，但沒有免費很遺憾，另外房東真的是有夠囉哩八縮，非常話澇，不喜歡社交的朋友請三思。
