"Couples getaway - April"

Peppone was very tentative and made sure everything was sorted and arranged in a timely manner. Facilities (pool, hot tub) are very well kept and accessible, free shuttle bus service was very reliable and prompt. Would highly recommend!

Peppone and the team at Eterea are fab. Communications before during and after the stay were great. The apartment has everything you need and more. The shuttle service was great with even the shuttle guy stopping and picking us up(he recognised us) when we decided to walk out one day!

I thought we had booked an appartment with a private hot tub but it seems the hot tub is shared now, nobody else was every in it when we wanted to use it anyway. The run up and down the hill is the most wonderful experience, after the initial trip!

We loved our stay, we were on the top floor with the private jacuzzi - which was amazing. Especially with the gorgeous sea and sunset views. The free shuttle was brilliant, peppone was very responsive and attentive. Thanks for a great stay.

"One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in"

I don’t think there is a better place to stay in the entire of Sorrento. The rooms and pool and hot tub are great, but the absolute best thing about it is Peppone, the manager. He is maybe the kindest, most generous man in the world, who constantly went above and beyond for us. From making us cocktails by the pool (at a discount) and giving us free food, to providing free shuttling to our friend who was staying in a different hotel and arranging a beautiful boat tour to Capri. He was always so available to help out with any issue. One of things I will miss the most about Sorrento is Peppone - it genuinely feels like we have become good friends. If I’m ever back in Sorrento I will 100% be staying here and will encourage any friends coming to Sorrento to do the same.
