Lokalizacja , blisko wszystkie atrakcje !!

Bardzo ładne mieszkania , w jasnych kolorach ( białych ) niestety wszystko brudne , podłoga , listwy , kurz na żaluzjach .

Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do popularnych dyskontów, znanego fast-foodu i dworca kolejki UBB, skąd można pojechać do Niemiec. Do plaży dalej, ale 1,5 km spaceru to nie problem. Można zawsze też podjechać autobusem, jak nie chcemy szukać parkingu przy plaży, z czym jest oczywisty problem. Nowocześnie urządzone mieszkanie, jest balkon, wyposażona kuchnia z indukcją, TV kablowa, WiFi, pralko-suszarka i miejsce parkingowe w podziemnym garażu wliczone w cenę. Sympatyczne i pomocne panie w biurze (biuro w innym miejscu, przy promenadzie w okolicach Radissona), zawsze jest też kontakt telefoniczny.

Osiedle Platan, na którym jest ten apartament, było kiedyś lepiej zadbane, mam porównanie z pobytem 2 lata temu w innym bloku i lokalu, od innej firmy. Widać, że administracja/wspólnota śpi. Chodniki na wspólnej części pozarastały, żarówki poprzepalane, zieleń zmarniała, nie działają domofony i teoretycznie każdy może sobie wejść na podwórko. W dodatku przez większość pobytu była popsuta winda, a 3p. z bagażami to wyzwanie. Ale to wszystko nie jest wina właścicieli lokalu. Jedyna uwaga do nich to prośba o sprawdzenie stanu mebli, niektóre krzesła wymagają naprawy lub wymiany.

Die Umgebung war wunderschön! Zu Lidl waren es 2 Minuten Fußweg und zu Bierdronka auch! Die Stadt ist zu Fuß ca 15 min entfernt aber ein toller weg zu laufen! Leider ist der Strand schon ordentlich entfernt und die Schlüssel Abholung auch das ist das einzige was schade ist.

Die Schlafmöglichkeiten war nicht schön! Das Schlafsofas extrem Hart die Couch im Wohnzimmer eingelegen so das man nur auf Stühle sitzen könnte! Es gibt nur 2 Töpfe in der Wohnung und eine kleine Pfanne so das man echt schauen muss was man kochen möchte wenn man mehr als 2 Personen ist! Oder Terrasse könnte viel schöner sein aber da steht nur ein kleiner Tisch und 5 Stühle
