What impressed us the most was the beautiful setting of the grounds, which are clean and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, with sufficiently large bathrooms. The staff was perfect, professional, helpful, and friendly. The kitchen is fabulous, the food is delicious, the portions generous, and the quality rivals top restaurants. It was truly an amazing culinary experience.

The only drawback, which is unlikely to change, is the noise from the road and the nighttime honking of trucks and the noise of trains, but this does not detract from the overall experience the guesthouse offers.

Beautiful decor, felt homely and comfortable.

Everything was great, no complaints. Bit of a pain to find the location but that was due to my lack of “follow the satnav” skills🙂

Clean and tidy rooms, spacious parking (free). Excellent restaurant, the food quality can make ashame many 5 star hotels. The breakfast omelette is the best on the planet Earth.
