This was our 2nd visit and enjoyed it once again. Breakfast was decent. The room was very comfortable and had a great shower. It is in a great location and very central for walks to Copacabana in one direction and Leblon in the other.

On our first visit the lounge/bar area was very lively each night. It seemed a lot quieter on this visit.

Atendimento excelente, profissionais extremamente cordiais e solícitos. Localização do hotel também excelente. Estrutura boa num geral e quarto aconchegante. Boa segurança também.

Limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, estava cheiroso apenas, mas não parecia estar completamente limpo. Café da manhã médio, podia ter mais opções e qualidade melhor das comidas. Toalhas de banho pareciam velhas. Isolamento acústico bem ruim, conseguia ouvir a televisão e conversas dos outros quartos.

Es carísimo para lo que ofrece. Las habitaciones no son de un hotel 4 estrellas, se escucha todo del vecino de al lado y del baño, y la Habitación no es linda . La ubicación es muy buena . Nada más .

A localização é muito boa. O hotel foi todo reformado, boa infraestrutura, banheiro ótimo, o que é um diferencial em relação aos prédios mais antigos da zona Sul.

O café da da manhã deixou a desejar, tanto em relação a quantidade de opções e qualidade dos alimentos, como também aos funcionários que atendem ali. O local estava sujo e as pessoas rudes e um pouco impacientes. Não que tenha prejudicado a hospedagem, mas poderia melhorar muito
