Scaligerorooms

I enjoyed my stay here. Nice room, friendly and helpful staff. Property is good located and full renovated. The only problem was the temperature of the water, wasn't hot enough. The TV cable didn't work properly and the wifi signal was very poor. Breakfast was excellent, super complete and fresh, with bread, ham, salami. Also croissants, cakes and cookies. Fresh fruit, juice and yogurt.

It was easy to find from Verona train station, 15-20 minute walk. You just have to keep your eye out and it is not well signposted. Very nicely decorated lobby and outdoor area. Shared balcony for guests, not individual balconies. We had a view of castelvecchio from our window. We booked Ida room. No kettle in the room so you couldn’t make hot drinks yourself. Great hairdryer. Breakfast was decent - croissants, hams, cheeses, yoghurts, pastries, apples. There is a coffee machine as well.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was large, nicely decorated and very clean. The bathroom was well appointed, although the space around the toilet was very tight. We loved having the balcony to sit out with wine in the evening and watch the sun set and listen to the church bells. Breakfast was great. We were only given part of a roll of toilet paper which we quickly used. Since there are no staff onsite we had to buy some ourselves. An extra roll in the room would have been nice. We would have also liked a kettle or coffee maker in the room. Overall it was a lovely stay and we would recommend without hesitation.

The room was nice, and the bathroom and breakfast were excellent. This is a wonderful value for the price. Our only caveats were the hot water supply, which was uneven in our room, and the check-in which required a phone call. We did not have a phone that worked in Europe so we had to ask a kind passer-by to call for us.

Bra läge nära Operan. Jättefin utomhusterass där man kan sitta och äta frukost eller sola.

Had a lovely stay here, everything we lovely and clean, air conditioned room, lovely breakfast. Amazing roof terrace and despite what it says on the app check out is until 10!

Ideale Lage für die Arena, ist ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Vom Bahnhof gut mit Rollkoffer zu Fuß erreichbar. Frisch renoviert, schönes Bad und gute Klimaanlage. Nur: Es gibt keine Rezeption, es ist eher wie eine Wohnung mit mehreren Apartments. Zum Einchecken muss man erstmal anrufen, dann bringt jemand den Schlüssel. Hat bei uns einwandfrei funktioniert und der Empfang war effizient und freundlich, aber wir hatten eigentlich ein „richtiges“ Hotel mit Rezeption erwartet.

Excellent location, helpful staff, nice breakfast, lots of space- a lot of keys to get in and out and room safe had no batteries.

Loved Verona. Scaligerorooms were overall fine although minor negatives are 1. Checkin was a bit difficult since no permanent reception, and breakfast was a little basic (help self to stuff in fridge). But these were not major things and would be happy to stay there again.
