Ich war nach einer Anreise mit dem Zug und einer 15 km-Wanderung am Abend um 19 Uhr im Hotel. Dort sagte man mir, das Zimmer stünde wegen einer defekten Toilette nicht zur Verfügung, es gebe kein freies Zimmer mehr und man habe für mich ein Zimmer in einem 2,5 km entfernten Hotel gebucht, welches ich letztlich nicht genutzt habe, da ich dann mit Zug, Bus etc. meine 4-stündige Rückreise angetreten bin. Erstens erwarte ich in so einem Fall früher informiert zu werden. Außerdem wäre dann ein Transfer zum Hotel selbstverständlich. Ich war mit ÖPNV unterwegs und der ist bekanntlich in der Eifel nicht optimal, schon gar nicht an Wochenenden abends.

Anmeldung in Hotel war No ja ziemlich spartanisch keine da dann doch nicht auf Liste andere Zimmer tv ohne Funktion
