"Noche de paso y descanso a Chetumal."

El hotel tiene un restaurante asociado, un mini super y una piscina ( no muy llamativa esto dicho ). Cuarto muy amplio, cama muy comoda. Esta a 10 minuto del muelle fiscal y del malecon.

No hay nevera en los cuartos.

Alberca buena temperatura aunque muy pequeña

Regaderatardaba mucho en cerraba mal ysequedaba goteando y cuarto olía mucho a desinfectante y cuarto con mucho ruido delos vecinoscuando había un letrero que decía que de8a8 se guarda ba silencio pero al parecer aellos les valio

Bues sabor en el desayuno y buena ubicación

El trato en recepción al llegar, no puede ser que teniendo las habitaciones disponibles no puedan ser flexibles y entregarlas, aunque cobrarán los 200 extras, esa parte es muy cuadrada

La habitación es muy amplia Pero huele mucho a humedad. El hotel se está remodelando

Las políticas de la gerencia. Todos los días teníamos que pasar a recepción porque habían hecho un mal cobro, nos cobraron de más. Les faltó que firmaramos, que se habían equivocado. Todo era tan de manuales que los recepcionista no tienen iniciativa ni pueden dar solución a problemas sencillos
