The G.Hotel Hue

The location.

Unfortunately, this booking was a real disappointment. The apartment itself was very unclean. The bed linen had multiple marks and stains on as well as human hair inside the bed. The kitchen sink had not been cleaned and still had bits of food in it. The cutlery was covered in cooking oil and the food knife had insects crawling on it. There was no knives to eat with and insufficient cooking equipment and washing up products. It's basically pointless booking it for any kitchen facilities. The fridge didn't work properly. The room also had a faulty electrical light which was hanging dangerously next to the bed. There was a very unpleasant smell that we couldn't remove despite opening the windows. Be warned! The room does not look like the pictures in terms of its presentation and clearly is very worn and in need of refurbishment. I would not recommend staying here, especially when there are so many other places which are well looked after and clean in vietnam.

shower was freezing cold and Wi-Fi connection was very poor at times

was abreast location - close to walking street in Hue and easy walk to lots of shopping - food and entertainment

the rooms are not soo d proof - so the construction of the building next door is not good for people with hangovers

The location, it is hidden in an alley at the city centre; hence, it is accessible to a lot of places and the walking street in the evening.

The toilet was clogged on the second day. But the stuff managed to unclog it shortly.

Wish there had been a double bed available on a higher floor.

Good location, friendly staff that set us up with activities and transport. Fairly quiet, located off busier street. our kids loved the foosball table in the main lobby.
