We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff is absolutely extraordinary—everyone was helpful, collaborative, and always available to assist us. The rooms are spacious, and everything is perfectly clean and tidy. On top of that, the beds are super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Everything is spotless, well-organized, and felt very cozy. The facilities were top-notch, and we especially loved the recreation and game area. What truly made our stay special was the staff: they are highly skilled, always available, and ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended!

I had such an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The breakfast was so delicious with plenty of great options every morning. A special thank you to Fitri, who was super helpful and friendly throughout my stay. She made me feel so welcome and always went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. The staff overall were incredible and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely love to come back again!

وصلت الساعه 10 ونص قالوا لي ماراح تدخل الغرفة الا الساعة 2 وهذا من حقهم جلست انتظرهم وكان فيه بالمدة هذي الي هي 4 ساعات تقريبا مايقارب 8 اشخاص استلمو غرفهم وسجلو دخول لين جت الساعه 2 وعطوني غرفتي ماعرف ايش السبب الموظفين كلهم مافيه احد يتجاوب او يهتم فيك باستثناء موظف واحد اسمه ريان هو الحي فيهم واعتذر لي كثير بس كان موضوع الانتظار مرهق خصوصا ان الغرف متاحة عشان كذا ماراح اكرر التجربه وهذا شي اكيد
