ibis Styles Jakarta Tanah Abang

Personnel were very friendly. The location was very central, you can walk easily to the Monas. There was a supermarket just around the corner and an ATM across the road. Everybody could talk good English in the shops and hotels.

There was nothing.

great location, friendly people at the reception! we asked for early check in due to being very jetlagged; for an additionnal fee, this was accommodated! good value for money

for anyone wearing makeup, the lighting in the room isn't great, it's quite dark for a vanity area. this is a minor detail though as the room was great otherwise :)

This was my third stay at Ibis Styles Tanah Abang, and once again, I had a pleasant experience. I would like to thank Ms. Fitri, Guest Experience Supervisor, for her assistance in preparing my room according to my requests. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made my stay more comfortable. I especially appreciate her effort in making my birthday stay feel special and memorable. Small gestures like these truly enhance the guest experience. Thank you to Ms. Fitri and the team for the warm hospitality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
