Spotless and comfy.Samantha was excellent and helpful

Location was very good, city center was super accessible by walking distance. The bus 5ZE (the electric one) stops very close and goes to the beach. Staff was very friendly and gave us some suggestions what to do and where to eat. Highly recommended!

Propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique. Elle nous a renseigné sur les différentes activités et visites à faire. Elle reste même joignable en cas de besoin. La chambre et salle de bain sont impeccables. Le nettoyage est effectué tous les jours. Il y a la climatisation. La résidence est très calme. Nous avons loué un scooter. On l’a laissé la nuit en bas de l’immeuble sans aucun soucis.

Abbiamo prenotato per trascorrere due notti a Cagliari e siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti: la camera è molto spaziosa, la doccia enorme, il posto è nuovo e pulito, l’accoglienza cortese e disponibile. È in una zona molto centrale della città vicino ai locali della movida ma non così tanto da essere disturbati, anzi, è una strada abbastanza silenziosa e si può uscire a piedi scordandosi della macchina. Nella zona si trova parcheggio gratuito lungo il viale non lontano dall’ingresso del palazzo. In camera erano disponibili un frigobar e un bollitore con tazze, bicchieri, bustine da tè, caffè solubile, zucchero e cioccolatini. Il locale è insonorizzato abbastanza bene, non abbiamo sentito i rumori delle altre camere nonostante fossero tutte occupate. Davvero un bel posto.

Molto bella la camera, tutto nuovo e ben pulito. Ottimo il bagno grande e la doccia. Molto gentile il personale alla reception (Samantha). Esperienze più che positiva, ci ritorneremo.

Lovely spacious room with balcony. Incredibly clean and well kept. Amazing bathroom! One of the nicest places I've stayed in a long time. Samantha was so helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back again soon!

The staff is very professional and friendly.The location has 6 rooms. There is also a good restaurant nearby which will even deliver good meals. Centrally located, with the city within walking distance, easy going downhill the return is uphill. Only problem is parking. If you are physically disabled there are at least 6 steps to climb before entering the building, afterwhich a small elevator which a wheelchair cannot fit in opened, however the staff will provide a chair for the person to sit on within the elevator. If you need an early entry time please contact and if possible they will accomodate as they did with me.

Great property. Everything is new. Opened about 3 months ago. Owner and staff are very kind and helpful. Location is less than 10 minutes walking to city center. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely room, everythings new. Bathroom was really nice and a decent size. 10 minute walk in to the centre with lots of places to eat and drink along the way. There is a bus stop directly outside the apartment which was really handy. As mentioned in other reviews the building isn't the best but don't let that put you off. There is a lift as well which is a life saver as the apartment is on the 6th floor. Only a few things that we would mention, there was no ironing board, the reception isn't always open so if you had questions or needed something you had to pick your moments and there isn't much sound proofing. This wasn't a problem for us but may be for light sleepers. Overall an excellent stay and the staff were lovely.
