Hotel Carlton

Unfortunately, I was disappointed I traveled a long way for a doctor’s appointment and I wrote when I make the reservation that, my train will arrive late to Dortmund at 23:00 pm , so I will be in the hotel between (23:00-00:00), they took money from my account and when I arrived no employee was there to make check- in :( ... they should not accept the reservation if they can not offer this service....there is no transparency in communication and they are not professional. Also, at the outside door there is a paper with number and email of the hotel ...I called the numer when I arrived no body answer, I wrote an email the respond come that the email address is wrong and the name of hotel not Carlton?! :( ..... _______________________________________ [In other city and other hotel I wrote the arrival time maybe at 23:00 ,,and when I arrived I called the number of the hotel, the employee were responsible and professional so at 23:00 ,,the employee of the [hotel QR ] come and make( check_in) ]

Zimmer mit Aufzug bestellt nicht bekommen also musste die Frau mit Rollator treppen steigen was Ihr sehr schwer viel, Toilette war defekt

The location, really close to the main train station. Bathroom was clean.

Room was looking old, not as in the pictures, found hair on the bed sheets, although they looked clean. Neighborhood might not be the greatest, I didn’t enjoy walking alone as a female there.

Der Preis hat mir genau das geboten,was ich erwartet habe…schönes,helles,großes Bad…belebtes Viertel,nah zum BHF und der nächsten U-Bahn…Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit…

Das Bad hatte leider keinen Fön…Matratze durchgelegen…
