ปกติ เราเลือก Novotel พักทุกปี ชอบความสะดวก สบาย ห้องพักดีไม่เคยมีปัญหาอะไร อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำหอมกลิ่นดอกลีลาวดี หอมมาก อาหารเช้า สุดยอดที่สุด หลากหลาย อร่อยสุด แต่❌❌❌มาพักโนโวเทลเชียงใหม่ครั้งแรก อาหารดีเหมือนเดิม แต่ห้องพัก ไม่ประทัปใจเลย ลูกค้าปิดประตูชั้นเดียวกัน เสียงดังมาก ปิดติดๆกันหลายไปห้องตลอด กระเทือนถึงประตูห้องที่เราพัก จนหงุดหงิดมากจริงๆ แถมลูกค้าห้องข้างๆคุยกันได้ยินเสียงดังมาก สรุปคือไม่ได้หลับเลยทั้งคืน ❌❌❌ไม่ประทับใจที่สุด
