"Goed hotel met leuk ingedeelde kamers en een mooi binnenterrein"

De kamers zijn niet groter dan gebruikelijk (20m2), maar wel slim en origineel ingedeeld. De wastafel staat in de kamer terwijl de douche en het toilet in aparte ruimtes zijn ondergebracht. Er is een apart verduisteringsgordijn. De kamer heeft een klein balkon zonder zitmogelijkheid. De inrichting is modern, kleurrijk en gewoon aangenaam. Het ontbijt is goed met ruime keuze. De binnenruimte met waterpartijen en hoogteverchillen oogt leuk. Er is een zwembad op het dak en er zijn gratis overdekte parkeerplekken. Gewoon een fijn klein hotel waarin je je prettig voelt.

De locatie is ok, maar niet niet echt centraal. De Maya shopping mall is op loopafstand, maar verder is er niets in de omgeving. Er is enige overlast van vertrekkende vliegtuigen. Alle hotels in de wijken Nimman en Suthep hebben hier last van en ze verstoorden mijn slaap niet. Het hotel adverteert op Booking.com met kamers die soundproof zijn, maar dat klopt niet. De ramen hebben enkel glas en zijn niet geisoleerd van de andere kamers. TV's, schuivend meubilair en conversaties uit andere kamers zijn soms te horen. Dat is zeker niet ongebruikelijk in Thailand, maar adverteer er dan niet mee. Het management nam mijn opmerking gelukkig serieus en heeft toegezegd het 'soundproof' label te laten verwijderen. Met of zonder soundproof label, het blijft een goed hotel.
