Days Inn by Wyndham West Point

I liked the customer service ,didn't like their coffee pot

You get what you pay for people. It smelled funny, I literally cannot describe what funny means, but there was just a smell, kind of felt a little bit grimy but no bugs and just your slightly below average hotel room. We only stay one night and it was fine. My dad stayed in the room next to us and he complained of mold behind the toilet. Overall it was okay for one night. Laughed out loud when I got there because I read reviews about their “breakfast” and yes it was just packaged pastries and some bagels, and honestly they looked okay but there is no way in the world I would ever eat them

I think it was a good room for the price. The facility is older but it did not smell or squeak. It was cleaned every day and the staff was friendly and helpful. The furniture and liens were in good shape. I don't have any criticism of this motel. We would stay there again and recommend it to others.

Room was dusty and did not feel/look very clean. Worn furniture in the room. Just old looking.

The rooms need to be cleaned better. There was dust on the furniture.

This was my 2nd stay at the West point Mississippi facility and once again I had to clean the shower of hair. I also had to endure contaminated air due to another clogged air conditioning filter. Please rectify these issues. Otherwise it's a fairly decent place for the price

The initial room that I was given was filthy, popcorn was left on the table, food was left in the fridge, the room wreeked of cigarettes! I requested another room, and was given one, clean and fresh but the toilet was not bolted to the floor so enjoy I used it the toilet would move. Towel rack over toilet was hanging on by two large screws and exposed holes. When I left the room, I saw the manager/owner and he asked if I wanted my room cleaned, I replied no! They went in and cleaned the room anyway. I had left my phone charger in the room. Upon returning I noticed my charger was missing! I will never go there again!

NASTY STINKY OLD HOTEL AND RUDE MAN AT THE SERVICE DESK!!!! The hotel was old it smelled bad the bathroom was nasty with soap rings in the tub, wine bottles on the floor, dirty carpet, the bedding smelled old PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE IF YOU STAY HERE TAKE LYSOL AND A LOT OF CLEANING SUPPLIES!
