Kasa Central West End St. Louis

Parking spaces were small and was exasperated by drivers not parking within the spaces thrreby encroaching on the next space.

We loved staying at the Kasa and would definitely stay again. Check-in and communication were very easy. We loved getting morning coffee in the lounge. The unit appeared clean but there was residual toothpaste in one of the sinks and the floors left bare feet dirty so I felt I needed to keep my shoes on at all times which doesn’t help the problem. Having some extra seating in the living room for tv watching would have been nice as well. These are just general comments and we would definitely stay again especially given the convenience of location and local amenities. We were in St Louis for a family function and not to spend the entire time in the unit.

Very clean. Well equipped. Lots of towels. Comfortable beds. Good clear communication checking in and out. Quiet clean non smoking building. Great rooftop pool and fitness room. Can’t beat the location. Restaurants, hospital and park all very close. Whole Foods on main level is game changer for quick grab. Highly recommend.

The check in experience was easy, communication was great. The location felt very safe, right next to the grocery store.

This property was perfect for us, quite literally a turn-key condo apartment. I was very impressed by the attention to detail in the documentation (e.g. check-in instructions) and in the text/website automation for everything from door locks and parking details to late check-out options. We had a second-floor unit which means there's a bit more light and noise from the street. Nothing worse than you'd expect from any property in the same location, however thick curtains instead of the blinds might have been helpful.

Wholefood is downstairs. It was so convenient. I hoped cleaner status. It was expensive but not clean that much. And I stayed in a week but lack of wash detergents.

Great location near Forest Park, very comfortable, well-kept apartment. Kasa is very responsive when communicating with them.

Great location, very walkable. The Whole Foods on the first floor was very convenient.

Highly recommend!

The room itself was clean it was the area on the 7 floor where you should be able to cook out and relax, enjoy the fire/tv, pool.. all of this was dirty or broken down
