Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto

I recently stayed at the Mercure Jakarta Gatot Subroto for 6 nights and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I booked an Executive Suite and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was a great size—very spacious, well laid out, and spotlessly clean throughout my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, modern and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to unwind after a long day. The suite was also very reasonably priced for the level of comfort and quality, which made the stay even better value. The buffet breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide and varied selection each morning, catering to different tastes, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. It definitely set a great tone for the day. The hotel facilities were also solid. The gym was well-equipped for a good workout, and the pool area was a nice spot to relax. Both were well-maintained and easy to access. Getting around was very easy as well. I used Grab for transport everywhere—cars would conveniently pick me up directly from the lobby, and if I took a scooter, it was just as easy to hop on right in front of the building. What really made the stay stand out, though, was the service. The team was consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Their warm hospitality made a big difference. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Jakarta looking for comfort, value, and excellent service.
