Toilet would not flush completely. We assisted with ice bucket and water at flushing. Alerted staff at check out.

Predictable quality from multiple visits. Amazing desert plants in their entry.

Generally very clean, inside outside. But, on the top floor by 201 the outside walk had a significant slick of dried liquids from the trash clean out extending several rooms. Plus, 201, being at the end had No hot water even after letting it run.

"Worst experience ever! Wrong indication of beds on booking, resulting in less beds than guests. And dirty!!!"

Nothing! Just terrible. I will never recommend this place

1- I booked 2 rooms (1 room for 5 people and 1 room for 3 people, as Booking platform recommended me). Arriving there the staff said that 1 room was for 4 people and the second room only for 2 people. It means, not enough space for all the guests. 2- we got the room 222. Entering it we saw that the room was occupied by another guest, such an uncomfortable situation ! 3- the building/stairs were completely dirty. I never saw a hotel like this in my life, totally disgusting. I was about to leave and look for another hotel. Fotos are attached
