Hotel LBI

Very nice and very clean rooms. The front desk staff were all very helpful. The only complaint I have is the views from most of the rooms are very limited and show mainly a busy street that is on both sides of the hotel. The rooms on the highest floor have some views but none were available during our stay.

Amazing hotel. Only complaint is checkout at 11. We were pressured to leave with multiple visits from staff despite being only 30 mins late. Given check in is at 4, it was quite unnecessary.

First time coming to LBI for a wedding

We enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. The hotel had nice amenities and a very attentive staff.

Excellent resort. Friendly & helpful staff. Pool and Hot Tub perfectly clean. Our room was also perfectly clean. Half mile walk to the beach. They also run shuttles during primetime season. Not much more to think about this is a great place to enjoy Long Beach Island.

Location is great. We'd been to the property before and had a great time. Our initial room assignment was on the first floor facing the pool. I had no idea they had rooms facing the pool. We were disappointed because no one would want their view to be strangers swimming in the pool. Plus, the constant presence of people walking by. We asked for another room and were given one across the hall, which faces the street and valet parking. The first time we came here (2021 or 2022), we got a room on the highest floor so that's what we were expecting. We asked again for a room on a higher floor and it was accommodated. We're thankful the staff corrected the issue. The checkout was seamless and the gentleman was personable and funny. The complimentary valet parking, beach shuttle, and beach supplies are still a nice touch. We didn't get to borrow bikes this time due to time crunch. Also like that housekeeping is by request only.

The coffeemaker was dirty and had hair in it. There was loose hair from prior stays throughout. It wasn't a huge deal but it didn't feel as clean. The bathroom ceiling would get wet and drip water, which is not something that happened before (or at any hotel we've been to). I don't know if the property is under new management, but it didn't seem as luxe.

Beautiful property. Very expensive but elegant and excellent rooms. If would be nicer to be closer to town.

The family had a wonderful time, just wish that breakfast was an option before 11
