"Reception on arrival can improve"

Everything was fine the room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. I can only regret that when I arrived 45 min before the checking, I was told blankly to wait 3 o'clock. The reception did not even check if a room was available for my comfort. Disappointed. Reception on check out was very nice.

Super comfy and quiet place to spend a couple of nights at the very heart of the Wroclaw’s old town. Service is extra profesional, rooms are spacious and cosy. Very nice and quiet spa&relaxing space. A rich and various breakfasts complete the whole.

Meinem Sohn waren die Frühstückseier viel zu flüssig. Kinder wurden selbst in Begleitung der Eltern nicht an der Bar als Gast akzeptiert. SPA hat nur Saunen, Standard Duschen, kein Schwimmbad

Das The Bridge ist ein wirklich schönes, sehr stylisches Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage!!! Das Frühstück ist fantastisch. Was aber leider zu bemängeln ist, ist der Preis für die Tiefgarage…30 Euro am Tag ist sehr, sehr teuer und andere Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kaum :-(. Also, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, ist das Hotel ausgezeichnet.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Rundum perfekt. Danke für den tollen Service. Ihr habt wirklich an alles gedacht. In unserer Suite standen frische Blumen, Snacks und Getränke als Welcome und eine süße Grußkarte. Die Aussicht war unfassbar schön und es gibt im Hotel nichts auszusetzen. Danke <3
