Kasa Forest Park St. Louis

The family condo we stayed in was easy to access. Directions were veryv well prepared and our parking spot in the parking garage was exceptionally convenient. I didnt not appreciate that the couch was broken unable to be pulled out for a bed and was already documented before our booking. Inaddition it had snowed and iced the day before and no absolutely no salt no care was done for the saftey on the entrance walkway. So dangerous slick tile!!!!

It was a very nice property. It was a great location for all our activities.

The decor was elegant and nice. Towels were old, unmatched, and rough. Pet spa and garage parking was nice. Downside: You're not allowed any guest our visitors so my parents couldn't visit and the walls are thin. Couple next door to 518 argued late frequently. Door lock had low battery so we had to trust maintenance to enter anytime because a time slot could nit be given. ON vacation you like to lay back and enjoy a cigar on the patio, but that was against the rules.

This is the second time we stayed in a property managed by Kasa in the same building in St. Louis near the Washington University campus. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities if you have a family to feed. Although we were not in the apartment much except for sleeping. It was very well equipped for cooking, laundry, and winding down for the evening. It was a bit more lively this weekend and might have been because Halloween was around the corner. The Metro runs very close to this area, so if you are a light sleeper, you may want to consider another VRBO or hotel. Overall the apartment was very clean and lots of amenities and the management staff was very responsive.

Pet-friendly location, close to many attractions.

The property was just as described and looked exactly like the pictures. It's in a quaint little neighborhood, very close to the park and museums. Great restaurants and night life are literally 5 minutes away. The properties amenities were great. Check in and out was seamless. We will stay here again! Thank you Kasa staff.

It was amazing

The only drawback was that the listing wasn’t clear about whether or not the pool was open. We were there in April and the pool was closed even though we had one sunny hot day in the 80s. Everything else was exceptional - would stay here again.

Property and location were great, communication was also excellent. The apartment floor was really dirty upon check-in and there were extremely loud neighbors up until 2-3am that made sleeping next to impossible with the thin walls.

I'll start with the actual apartment was nice. And thats the only nice thing I have to say about it. We were already upset because we made the original reservation preCOVID. When we went to cancel or move the reservation since it was for May 2020 and was told there was a no cancellation policy and that if we canceled we wouldn't be getting a refund or anything. Which I understand but we were in the midst of a global pandemic and the representatives were not being helpful or compassionate at all. Basically telling us just go ahead and take the trip regardless of the risk to my family and the fact that most cities and states were already shut down at this point. Communication with KASA is terrible. We didn't have the proper keys to get into the garage to park. After contacting KASA several times on our own over the span on 2 days and getting told they were working on it and would let us know in x amount of time (which they never did contact us once. We had to contact them for updates every single time) we still never got the situation fixed and had to park several blocks from our hotel. So we paid for the amenity of a parking garage and never got to use it. We just stopped contacting them eventually. The metro runs right by the room so its super loud all times of day. The room wasn't properly stocked. There was no body soap for the shower and the dishwasher full when we got there with no indication if it was clean or not.
