Having a pool and jacuzzi in the room is always our favorite. The staff is always friendly and the food is really good.

I miss the hot tub at the indoor pool, the water was just a little heated and no where near a hot tub temperature.

I love the area I love the set up in the rooms also I had a great time I wish my pool was cleaner

I did not expect not be able to used the pool it looks very dirty and the paint looks horrible I did not go in the pool however I ended up using the champagne Jacuzzi for everything. I did not feel to use the pool didn’t look clean at all. The place needs a little renovation but okay after all had a great time !

The room wasn’t what I expected. They charge hundreds to make a reservation. Say breakfast included but at the end you’ll see a charge.

Having too many mirrors. I felt like someone was looking at me. Over all I disliked all of the resort. Everything looks creepy.

There were a lot of breakfast options and the service was excellent. The room was private and very clean, the indoor pool was warm, and the sauna was clean as well. It was a very relaxing stay. I really liked the idea of getting away from the routine.We truly enjoyed our stay

The only minor issue was a slight humidity odor, which I understand can happen during the winter
