The reservation wasn't right. I booked for two nights, but the hotel only had me down for one night. The hot water in the entire building did not work. So we had to take cold showers

I enjoyed my stay

One of our rooms was perfect, the second room smelled like sewer and had a wet bathroom floor. The front desk promptly assigned us another room, only to find that in that room the toilet didn’t flush properly. One of the elevators had puddles of water in it and a sign saying wet floor- don’t understand why the floor wasn’t cleaned or dried. Coffe machine in lobby wasn’t working. Liked the hardwood floors in rooms.

Clean room

For an upscale hotel, it was not very clean and the A/C was horrible. Ran at full volume all day and night and never did cool the room. This is a great location, walkable to lots of stuff, views of the river. Just needs some care and attention.

I liked that room actually matched the pictures.
