Very friendly staff

Had to pay for breakfast , it looked aweful. We did not. Parking was horrible and had to pay another 10.00 very inconvenient. The ice machine was out no coffee after 10:00 the staff was great!!!! room ok. Not as pleased as other double trees I’ve stayed in at all. It’s just a bad location.

Die Lage des modernen Hotels hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer waren ein Highlight. Das umfangreiche Frühstücks-Buffett is besonders hervorzuheben. Da wir bei unserer Hotelbuchung von einem inkl. Frühstück ausgegangen waren, hat uns der Hotelangestellte aus Kulanzgründen den Preis für ein Frühstück erlassen. Die Parkplatzsituation war vorbildlich.

Außer einem ungesicherten WLAN sind uns keine negativen Punkte aufgefallen.

It’s located across the street from Adler Theatre which is ideal for my daughter’s dance competition for the weekend. The few staff members we met are friendly.

The swimming pool room has horrendous sound proofing. Any sound made in that room reverberates loudly and echoes. This weekend had many young boys screaming nonstop making everyone else go deaf that we had to leave.

Seemed nice when we checked in.

It was horribly noisy all night outside our window. Motorcycles and cars racing up and down the street until 3:00 in the morning! We understand they can’t control the noise outside but why put guests in those rooms? They have to know from others who have stayed in those rooms by that street that it is terribly noisy. I’m sure others have had the same experience in our same room for sure. Their only solution was when I texted the desk person at 1:30 in the morning was to offer for us to move to another room. We said no because we didn’t want to move all our stuff. Won’t stay here again!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Noise from the freight train whistles at night woke us up. Noisy car mufflers and motorcycles were also noisy.

Had to park in ramp, there was no one there, but had a ticket on my car when I left 25$ !! Really
