"Drove 2 hours to the hotel and when we got there there were signs that the pool was not useable."

The lobby was nicely decorated.

They didn’t mention that they had maintenance going on with their pool. We ended up leaving because of this.

"Terribly rude staff half the breakfast of other locations"

The hot tub was good

The staff was extremely rude from the minute we walked in we will never go back. I work for days at a different location and I can't imagine treating guests the way we were treated

"A good shower and a comfortable bed, good size tv and a breakfast- and the price was right"

Liked no carpet in the room, beds were comfortable, good water pressure in the shower an the deluxe room couch was good

Pool was closed, no elevator, breakfast area was small

They cleaned the place up a lot.

What I assume to be the owner yelled at me when I went to check in. She didn't recognize my name and said I didn't have a reservation and to try next door. Didn't even look in the system. After that she demanded my mother who booked the room drive 5 hours to show her physical card even tho it was booked online. She was so rude I was shaking. Was even more rude about me asking for a refund so I could stay elsewhere.. it was so unnecessarily aggressive and 100% unprovoked. I spent the remainder of my stay feeling like we needed to walk on egg shells. There was also signs EVERYWHERE stating rules. Absolutely no guests, dont do this dont do that, that state consequences on them. Just overall very uncomfortable. I was staying due to a domestic violence situation and this was the worst place I could have found.
