Language barrier with the staff. Staff was very rude even combative. The entire hotel smelled very strongly of Indian food. Under construction.

They don’t have what you need, the staff are never at the front desk. You have to call them. They enter your room without asking for nonemergency reasons. And they do not do what they say they’re gonna do. I’ve stayed at 200+ hotels and this was the worst state I have ever had.

I didnt like the staff was upset that we asked for one extra towel.

They are in renovation mode - so they are turning an old building and making it new. Thankfully I had a new renovated room.

Very old building - no elevator - breakfast was Eh. But enough and thankful there was something. It looks a bit shabby and and the grounds are not very nice.

We checked in and 3 hours later we checked out. Was not what i expected. The pool was dirty. Was further away than i thought. I was not happy.

Hotel is currently going through update. Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Hi! My feedback is the rooms are nice and roomy but the staff are horrible. They are beyond rude hateful and disrespectful. They seem to want to treat trash better than they would a human. How could you charge 130$ and be completely rude all bc I have my cousin come say hi to me and there is a problem all bc my cousin was here for 15 mins, charged me more, continued to be ruder then rude and then proceeded to call the room phone on repeat while My one year old child was sleeping. This place has the worst service and they barely speak English. Worst place I’ve ever stayed. Only stay here if you wanna be robbed of your money, and treated worse than trash!
