Hampton Inn & Suites Rapid City Rushmore, SD

Very clean, convenient location(walmart on the back of the hotel), nice staff, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast and lots of parking.

From checking in to checking out. Staff professional and place is clean and comfortable. Note: when checking out and was gone. Staff called me to inform me that I left an iPad in my room. Nice to know there is still honest people out there. Kudos !

Room was noisy. Elevators were very busy and we had to wait a long time every time we needed to use them.

We completely enjoy staying at our favorite hotel Hampton Inn, the spacious rooms, cozy beds with 4 pillows, great yummy breakfast makes us feel right at home. We had a family reunion in town so we were grateful to have all the amenities and the convenient location at our favorite place. The staff like Rebecca are always welcoming and helpful, I always appreciate her conversation and assistance. I always welcome great customer service and this nice hotel I expect it. Thanks!!!

Although, I did not request or require a room for pets, I was placed in a room that accommodated pets. I can only assume this room was for pets because of the slight smell of urine and pet hair on the couch. I exchange a couple of text messages with a manger that offered to shampoo the couch. Knowing my stay would be brief, I just flipped the cushions on the couch and expressed they should shampoo that couch before issuing that room.

Great bed! Quiet room for a Friday night.
