Americas Best Value Inn Tulsa at I-44

The lady at reception was super lovely and helpful. But sadly the room was dark, dank, the bedsheets were stained. The comforters were like a lead sheet. But mainly the neighbors were so high it transferred the smell in our room. No coffee facilities at all. Didn’t even want to shower here. Won’t be staying at one again.

Check in I have been in hospital and staying various nights for treatment. I got to sleep and feel rested for my appointment today.

This hotel is filthy with lots of illegal activity in halls and parking lot.. I slept with my gun.. People in parking lot smoking marijuana...Hall carpets are filthy and needing cleaned and repaired.. Prostitutes walking in and out of property. Didn't offer breakfast as their sign outside advertises. Went and tried to get the rest of my stay refunded.. Owner refused... stated there were no refunds.. I called priceline to file a grievance... They stated they will take them off their website with enough complaints.. My room was suppose to b smoke free.. Wall and ac cover were orange with nicotine stains.. Curtains would not fully close.. Ac filter moldy..dings n dents on furniture..Door very damaged as it wouldn't close automatically. Door had been pried open.. Will update post with pictures of room n property...

Ladies working the desk was very friendly. Don’t have a bad complaint at all about the place. The room was clean and bug free.

Check in was great very friendly staff at the desk. We got to our room and there was no toilet paper, the mirror in the bathroom was dirty, the bathroom floor had some ones dirty foot print on the floor, the complimentary shampoo was half gone and there was no conditioner. The pictures of the room on the site are very misleading, the room showed a very spacious room ours was very small inside, I was surprised they got a king size bed inside it. The bed was uncomfortable and it sounded like thundering when you got in and out of it almost like it was sitting on a flimsy metal pedestal. The mattress was hard and only two pillows and they were fluffy until you laid your head on them. We used our hoodies folded up to add to the pillows. We have decided we will not be going back to that hotel again we will find something else.

I had been there several years ago, the remodeling they did to the rooms, was esthetically appealing, the bathroom walk in shower was very nice, the new flooring was more pleseant, then the old carper years ago. I enjoyed my 3 day stay, felt safe, and even slept some. The water was also very hot, and they have a washer and dryer. So i would recomend, its a better hotel then the gateway, on the otherside of I-44.

Could hear noise from next room and feel vibration overnight.

No coffee machine in room, room smelled, pipes leaking, and the area around it was very rough looking
