"Personnel parfait - chambre pas au top."

Localisation parfaite en plein centre. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Les indications pour la localisation du parking et le transfert en tuk-tuk du parking à l’hôtel. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les recommandations pour les restaurants. Nous en avons testé 2 sur la liste et ils étaient vraiment excellents. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Isolation insuffisante des fenêtres, car même avec les fenêtres fermées nous avions l’impression de dormir dans la rue. Par chance le 2ème jour, nous avons trouvé comment fermer la porte de la chambre pour réduire un peu le bruit extérieur. Chambre pas pratique et trop petite pour le niveau de prix, surtout la salle de bains avec sa porte coulissante qui ne coulissait pas bien. Accès au spa payant.

"Didn’t stay in the room long and €50 p/p for use of a spa that was miniature was ridiculous."

Location was excellent

No option to cool the room with AC Either hot or cold application for all rooms simultaneously. Our room was very hot and quite uncomfortable

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was very responsive; they met us at the parking lot and took us to the place after we parked. The property had a town view, is 5 min walk to the LM beach, a hot tub, and breakfast delivered to the room. Highly recommend!
